HOTEL’S TIMES & SCHEDULES:
CHECK-IN TIME: 03:00 P.M. Guests may arrive at the hotel before this time, complete the check-in process, and access the hotel facilities. As soon as the room is ready, guests may access the room.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 A.M. Please ensure you leave enough time before your departure for housekeeping to inspect and clear your room.
LATE CHECK-OUT (LATEST 02:00 P.M.): US$40.00 fee. Only authorized with pre-approval from Administration/Operations Department and subject to hotel availability and planning.
Penalty for Unauthorized or Unapproved Late Check-Out:
- 30 minutes: US$20.00
- 1 to 2 hours: US$50.00
- More than 2 hours: 100% of one night’s rate will be charge.

BREAKFAST: 07:00 – 10:00 A.M.
One option to choose from the established menu at Tiki Restaurant.
BAR & RESTAURANT HOURS: 11:00 A.M. – 09:00 P.M.
Last kitchen order must be set by: 08:30 P.M.
POOL:
Pool Rules and Operating Hours: 08:00 a.m. – 09:00 p.m. / Depth: About 5.00 ft
Mind your music and phone calls: Use headphones if listening to music or watching videos on electronic devices.
Be considerate: Avoid splashing others and refrain from engaging in disruptive activities or ball games.
HOTEL TERMS & POLICIES :
SMOKING OR VAPING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE FACILITIES AND/OR ROOMS. Failure to comply will result in a US$250.00 fine per incident.
Do not bring cans or glass items into the pool area. Additionally, coolers, snacks, or food not purchased from our restaurant are not permitted. Failure to comply may result in a US$100.00 fine.
The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings or valuables within the property. Guests should store their valuables in the safety deposit boxes provided in their rooms.
- Loss Or Misplacement of Room Key: US$50.00
- Loss Or Misplacement of Safe Key: US$100.00
- Loss Or Misplacement of Towels or Linens of Any Kind: US$40.00
- Use Of Pool Towels Outside the Pool Area or Returning them With Sand: US$20.00
- The Establishment Reserves the Right of Admission.
- Pets Are Not Allowed.
- Guests may enter only if they have received approval from management in advance and are registered at the Front Desk.
Our hotel is firmly against Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children. Guests must present ID confirming their relationship to accompanying minors. A responsible adult must always accompany minors.
TO ENTER OR EXIT THE HOTEL AFTER 09:00 P.M., You must call or send a WhatsApp message to the security officer at +506 8332-2695 (except tuesday) / +506 6169-2591(only tuesday)and the officer will promptly open the access gate.
